Hi Josh. Thank you for your feedback. We understand it’s disappointing when a win can’t be fully withdrawn. Like many online casinos, our free spins and bonus offers include terms such as max cashout limits, which are clearly stated in the promotion details. We encourage all players to review these before playing to ensure there are no surprises. That said, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re there if you have any questions or need further clarification. Wishing you the best of luck moving forward!

Hi L C. Thank you for your follow-up message. We understand how frustrating this situation has been. To clarify, your account was approved initially, but during the verification process, it was identified that your state is restricted under our regulatory guidelines. At that point, your account was closed, as per our policy, and your initial deposit of $25 was refunded. Unfortunately, winnings cannot be paid out when accounts are closed for regulatory reasons. We appreciate your understanding and regret any inconvenience caused.

Hi George. We couldn’t find any account matching your description or name, so we’re unsure whether inaccurate details were used on our platform or here on Trustpilot. That could explain the issues you mentioned with account verification - though we don’t want to make assumptions. What we can say is that using accurate information and following our Terms & Conditions is essential to ensure a smooth experience. We stand by the fairness and integrity of the platform we provide.

Hello James. We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We take these concerns seriously and always aim to resolve account issues fairly and transparently. It’s important to note that we follow strict terms and conditions for all promotional offers, including free play winnings. If there was a misunderstanding regarding those terms, we’re more than willing to clarify -please feel free to contact our support team with your full account details so we can assist you directly. We’ve also noticed what appears to be duplicate or similar reviews posted under different usernames. While we respect everyone’s right to share feedback, Trustpilot encourages one review per genuine experience, and we aim to maintain the integrity of this platform for all users.

Hi Randi. Thank you for your feedback. Our bonus offers have some general terms, which are standard in the online casino industry. We advise getting familiar with these, and if you have any questions or need help with them, feel free to reach out to our Support team. An insider tip just for you: even though free bonuses have a maximum cash-out amount, winnings from deposits don't. So if you first cash out the winnings, then deposit part of it back and continue playing with that, there won't be a limit. We hope you give us another chance so we can change your mind.
