I’ve bought a watch for my son’s 21st anniversary via chrono24 and it appeared the winding did not function correctly. Grandeur Times took care of the fedex shipment and repair without any hesitation. Reliable company offering great service.

Bravo !

Fantastic service! Responded immediately to the email despite it being a holiday, quick responses to all my emails. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything felt very professional from start to finish and the watch was shipped the morning after payment with traceable REK. The condition of the watch matched their description. I can only recommend Grandeur Times. Thanks for a safe purchase!
