Probably the worst customer support I've ever experienced! They'll give you a US proxy, which means that if you're outside the US your IG account or some of its features will get blocked. I asked them to set a proxy that matches my country to avoid IG detecting activity from different countries at the same time but Gramto took days to reply and never fixed the problem so I canceled my subscription.

First of all, my account was hacked by this. It started following random people that they obviously have a partnership with, or have signed up to some free followers thing. Second, it didn't even work. Third, everything had terrible grammar; it was obviously made by somebody that didn't know English.

Horrível. Péssimo em todos os sentidos. Perdi duas contas com vários seguidores por causa desta porcaria. Nunca mais usarei. ainda bem que não usei a versão paga

Very Very slow and uneffective.

Don't use this service. I wish I had read the reviews here before subscribing. The service doesn't work half of the time and the way it works put your account at risk. We were lucky that our account wasn't shut down by Instagram but I heard a lot of customers unfortunately lost their accounts. Of course they don't reply to customers. Waste of money and risk for your business/account.
