Disappointed
I have found the staff very friendly, but the actual delivery service is poor. I had a confirmation of my order on 1 September, and it is now 19 September, and I have received an email saying that only the label has been printed for the item I ordered. I have repeatedly said the item is a gift for my daughter on 23 September. I have been in contact with the courier service APC, and they have said they are waiting for the parcel to be sent to them so that they can ship it to me. Does this mean that there are items on the website that are not actually available? I don't understand how it can take so long to send a clothing item?
