I order some items 31 May17 but have not received the items as of 8 Jul 17. I have sent a couple of emails but have not received a response. Do not purchase from this business they are sure to take your money and not provide the product.

I placed two orders and they billed me right away. It has now been 3 month's no product and no refund. I keep emailing them but get the same response every time... they suck!! I cannot find a customer service number to even call. I as well just get an email fro Chad saying it will be shipped next Monday. I want to know why???

SCAM...They took my money from BeautyCouture and never sent my items. I saw them on Facebook and thought it was legit. Wrong. They emailed me back a couple times and said due to their beauty flash sale they were behind. But they would mail it out in 48-72 hours with tracking number but they never did and Neither refunded my money or responded back to other emails. His name was Chad. This was April 2017.

They took my money. They never sent my order, But did answer a couple of emails saying it would be shipped in 72 hours then suddenly no more response from them, they never answered again!! Scam!!!

Scam!! They took my money immediately, never sent my order, answered a couple of emails that it'd be on its way soon, then suddenly the site was gone & they never answered again!!

I placed an order for my product in late July, and have yet to receive my order yet. The company billed me immediately yet nothing has arrived, I have sent numerous emails to Grabcart customer service requesting updates on my order and its shipping status and NO ONE will contact me back regarding this order. I am now wanting to cancel my order and refund my money and am again unable to reach anyone on how to proceed. This is awful customer service, I will not be ordering through this company ever again.

I reviewed Grabcart before I purchased and some said they sell items they do not have, so I contacted Jenny and asked about these bad reviews. She said the bad reviews were probably written by a competitor. I asked her to check to see if the item I wanted was in stock and she assured it was and would send exact item with no discrepancies. Well, they sent me a different item just as the previous reviewer wrote. They paid to have it shipped back, but not refund my original shipping of $20.00. I paid way too much but wanted the item I ordered. The item they sent me..could have bought $15.00 cheaper at Walmart with free shipping. False advertising!!

I ordered a christmas toy for my son 4 days ago and have not heard from this company. The toy was offered through Mr Toys.com. I have attempted to contact Grabcard via email but there's no reply and the same goes with Mr Toys.com. Neither site has a phone number. Funny thing is, I checked the Mr Toys site and they don't offer the toy GrabCart was advertising. Now I have to wait 10 days for PayPal to resolve the issue and refund my money. In the meantime, if I don't find and purchase an alternate ($289) toy, my son will be without his Christmas present. So now I have to tie up almost $600 because I tried to save $20 as Grabcart had the lowest price. They should change their names Grab Hard and never let go. Please do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!"
