An absolute disaster of a company. I cancelled my subscriptions, yet they continue trying to charge me month after month. Trying to cancel seems almost impossible. Every time I try to contact them by email, the messages are rejected or bounce back. There is no effective way to speak to anyone: emails go unanswered, the chatbot provides no help, and there seems to be no real customer support available. Despite cancelling, I have continued to have problems with charges and have now had to contact my bank to dispute them and prevent further payments. My experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning. I strongly recommend avoiding GPT Connect and not signing up in the first place, because cancelling the service and stopping the charges has been incredibly difficult. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

Yes, I agree not much in terms of support for newbies such as myself. The video tutorials are impersonal, AI generated talk bots that just spew stuff out. Leads to poor UX.

Great sales pitch on their video, but support and documentation to use their platform is virtually non-existent, beginning with the document on how to start your first flow. I also, tried talking with them on Webchat for support. Tried 3 times over a period of 2 days, no reply. Looks like it may be a good platform once they get a bit more organized and improve support.
