It was a seamless process, and I had a check in the mail within a few weeks of submitting a claim. I am getting in the habit of this since there so many flight delays and cancelations plus the potential to get sick or injured during or before the trip. Low and behold a train strike in Italy threw our plans out of whack and we had to purchase day of airfare to get to our next destination. I was able to do so knowing we'd be covered. Once the trip was done the crew at Wanderwell walked me through the process and made it easy to recover the extra expenditure (which was 3x the cost of insurance)!
