My GovMint rep is A++
My Govmint rep, Shane Hamilton, is Top Notch. I was rather pleasantly surprised with this most recent purchase regarding delivery. In the past, whether a signature is required or not, packages would be sent out by GovMint via UPS who then handed the package off to the USPS and if a signature was required, I would then have to go to the Post Office as, unfortunately, USPS does NOT deliver packages to the individual houses in the apartment complex where I live. I completely understand the signature protocol imposed by GovMint, however, if the customer as specifically requested purchases by shipped with 'no signature required' - no matter the purchase price - then it's on the customer should the package disappear. This time, however, the package remained with UPS.....which was greatly appreciated.
