Hello Ahmad, I'm sorry you feel you had a bad experience with our services. I show you applied for your EIN and state formation on August 13th and both were completed by August 22nd. As previously explained, we cannot process the EIN before the state formation is completed as the legal business name must be approved by the secretary of state in order to complete the EIN.
