I bought a jogger set for my child a little over a year ago and was waiting for him to grow into it and then planned on passing it down to my new born. He has worn it for 6 months and it was cared for based on garment instruction. It has holes all around the waist band and it’s starting to fall out. 6 months of wear.. this is the worst organic clothing company I have bought for my kids and the only company where the clothing can’t hold up to be passed on to another child. Mind you my kids are 15 months apart and my daughter is only one size smaller than my son so the pass down happens quick. I always buy organic for them and have never had this problem with another company.

I purchased a jumpsuit for my baby several months ago to take advantage of a sale. He started wearing this jumpsuit earlier this month. He wore it a few times. It was washed and tumble dried on low heat twice and the fabric shrunk and pilled significantly. My baby is no longer able to wear this jumpsuit due to shrinkage. I reached out to Customer Service and they essentially accused me of lying about the number of times my baby wore the jumpsuit. They said it looked like it had “significant wear”. Yeah, it did. Due to poor quality. They refused to issue a credit or refund. I will not be purchasing anything from this company again.
