Poor communication and unprofessional management
Poor communication and unprofessional management toward hotel partners. As a boutique hotel partner, our team delivered seamless service for Sojourn's stay, but dealing with their executive management for post-stay billing was disappointing. Follow-up calls requested directly by their team were met with exasperation and unprofessional conduct. Basic invoicing details and standard regional taxes were disputed despite clear initial agreements. Service providers and local vendors deserve respectful communication and payment. We hope Sojourn improves its internal coordination and partner relations in the future.
