Cozy ZoneReviews of goshenstreams.com

I purchased a Gardeon day bed from Cozy Zone in Dec1924. By March 1925 the cushions and canopy had badly faded from dark grey to very light grey. Beware the material they use is cheap and not UV stable. When I complained they initially said they would look into the issue but then ghosted me and all following emails for 4 months. After sending more emails they finally responded by saying they are not responsible for environmental or weather impacts on their furniture and will not do anything to fix the problem. How can you sell outdoor furniture in Australia that is not UV stable and then say it is not their problem when it badly fades in 3 months. My advice is to avoid buying outdoor furniture from Cozy Zone.
