Product poor quality. Support board pulled loose from frame. Difficulty attaching seat. Plastic running slide for seat wheels cracked. Company issued full refund. Not even trying to redeem the sale with replacement parts. Save your money until to can afford a Concept 2 rower.

Still awaiting half of my machine. They will not get in touch with me. Currently out several hundred dollars for a giant box of useless parts that cannot be used for anything.

This company has zero customer service. Phone appears to be disabled. I received the rowing machine quickly. Missing four bolts to assemble it. Can get no response or make contact with gorowingo.com at all. Product might be good IF it could be assembled. I would recommend not to order based on the fact it appears no way to contact them or resolution to their problem of missing parts.
