Gore-TexReviews of gore-tex.com

My Klim Motorcycle jacket which I've had for three years, made from Gore-Tex material started to leak in one specific area near the zip. Disappointingly Klim accepted no responsibility as it was outside their two year guarantee. They directed me to take the issue up with Gore-Tex, which I did. Gore-tex were excellent from the moment I contacted them to explain what had happened. I can say that they stood firmly by the terms of the Gore-Tex lifetime guarantee, and were professional and technical in analysing the garment and extremely professional in the contact with me. The analysis did find that the garment had failed and they made recompense. I wish all companies could approach guarantees in the same way. I can't praise Gore-Tex highly enough.

Wirbt mit live time trocken Garantie.

I bought a pair of Gore-tex motorcycle boots last September, wore them a few times and they were very comfortable. On Monday 20th January took my motorcycle to work, I had an accident where my foot and ankle was crushed and had a spiral fracture on my left leg. My boot had to be cut off ,and my foot and ankle came out unscathed. These boots saved my foot.I can't recommend them enough. Thank you.
