Terrible just terrible company

Nathan from Gordini and I tracked the package for a few weeks, but it never came to my address, nor was it retuned to Gordini. When it became clear the gloves were lost, Gordini mailed me a replacement pair. My AWESOME Elias Gauntlet gloves arrived a few days later. I have been skiing 50+ years with the majority of those spent wearing Gordini gloves. I’ve tried others, but Gordinis stand above all competitors. I will continue to spread the word about the quality of Gordini gloves, and, especially now, Gordini's exceptional customer care.

Worst pair of gloves I have ever owned. They are tearing after 14 days on the mountain this season. They claim to be Gore-tex but my hands are wet and cold no matter the conditions. Customer support provides no response. Avoid this company and buy yourself a nice pair of gloves elsewhere. **UPDATE 01/12/20** After 3-4 emails, they have decided to send me a replacement pair. Took 16 days and multiple emails before getting the response. **UPDATE 01/19/20** Just got a new pair in the mail. Took some persistence but I am happy with them sending me a new pair.
