Terrible company. Never received product and the only way to receive or get a refund is to pay for shipping and loss of product again. Total scam. Total scam. Product to be sent to Sydney, Freshwater Australia but has been sent to Hobart Australia 1660klm away. No other tracking company can verify tracking number. Tracking Hub is a scam providing false tracking numbers.

I waited over a month to get a defecttive item. I want to send it back Order number 19975S156980 and get a refund to my account. The only way to contact this company. Hopefully I will get a positive reply.

I ordered a bracelet set in October and never received it. Have checked the tracking number provided and goods appear to be still in China. Have emailed them many times and they keep telling me it was returned by our post office. I now get an email saying I can pay for it again plus postage if I want the item. Why would I pay again for something I never received when I paid for it the first time. I would not even rate them with a 1 star. I just want them to provide the goods that I have paid for. will never use or recommend them to anyone. Just give me what I have paid for is all I want. Very poor customer service

I ordered the drill kit for $23.99. The total at that time was $31.18 with tax and shipping. Now my card has been charged $38.97. I see the original charge of $31.18 on my PayPal account. How can they change the amount? I’m going to call them and this place and raise hell. I’ve also learned when you see these ads and like the product, they are also on Amazon. And they don’t screw you!!! Never order from Goodwillbrave!!!!

i ordered the waldorf doll for my grandaughter for the hollidays & they never received it. my daughter said it never came. what happened to it i was charged for it. you got paid for it but never sent it out.your company robbed an old lady out of $24.98. very bad of you

I have never seen a better example of junk in my life. A piece of plastic sold as a "cell phone reflection camera". Wouldn't be worth 10c. Ultimately cost me $30 aud. An absolute scam. My stupid fault for falling for it, but I hate being caught out by scam artists.

I got 2 of their magnetic phone cover and as they say tempered glass....false...they are plastic and you cannot use your fingerprints on it...I would not trust this site as it now advertises on FB...shame on FB for allowing cheap Chinese companies advertising as American and they send false tracking information saying in transit across America. But it is truly coming from china. Then there is no response from there customer support. Stay well away from this scamming company
