SCAM COMPANY! Ordered some shirts from Facebook ad. Took weeks to get the items. When they arrived, they were about 2 sizes smaller than what they were marked. I immediately emailed for a return label as their website states full refunds are issued if returned within 14 days and customers will only be charged once for shipping including for returns. Their response was that it's too expensive to ship back to China, we'll give you $6 and give the shirts to a friend. My order cost over $50. I refused and quoted their return policy to them. They responded saying the most they can refund me is $8. Guess I'll need to dispute the charge through my bank and see if that works. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is a scam from China. I ordered a stuffed highland cow figure with a flower crown and what I received was something I could have bought at the dollar store. I'm ashamed of myself for falling for it as I paid $30. I've been disputing this transaction on PayPal and they keep saying to send it back but it will cost me a lot of money to send back and even when they receive it they won't refund the postage. On their website they say they are from Texas and they are clearly not. Don't buy anything from them.

I ordered magnetic game. It arrived almost 4 weeks later and the box was damaged and the game inside was crunched. The plastic of the game was so cheap it could be pushed back into shape but the quality was just like the dollar store but I paid a lot more. When I contacted them they said too bad it had been crunched, they would contact the shipping department. Stay clear from this site. Is there a rating less than 1 star. That seems too generous!!

I ordered two items for my dogs the floppy lobster which I received after 3 months. Never got it to work right very cheap! Order pop up balls 3 months ago still have not received them just emails every couple weeks says "your parcel status has updates" which tells you nothing. Not expecting much if I do get them. You get what you pay for I guess.

I believe I was scammed by them. I ordered 2 items. A crusifix handmade cross and a battery power washer. The only thing they was saying was in transit was the cross. So I sent and email wondering if the sprayer was with it. They responded with a question of what was the issue and that I need to contact the seller. But wait!! Aren't they the seller of these products. Anyway since the 28th of June my product is still stuck at Rochester. So I sent and email wondering when I was going to recieve these items....no response yet. I paid for 2 items only getting 1 but haven't recieved that 1 yet. Wow...never again. Update: it's July 20th 2024 and my item is still at Rochester. They sent an email saying they were gonna contact the carrier to expedite shipment but nothing happened. So everybody out there....leave these crooks alone. Pathetic!!!

SCAMMERS I did not receive my goods that I purchased through Facebook. I contacted the company they stated my goods were returned from the post office… I was tracking and this was not the case at all. I do not believe my goods were even sent. They stated they can’t refund me as they will not receive the goods back. No accountability. 🤬

Absolutely disgusting Business, They Lie on the online advertising which is illegal and then they offer you 10 cents to the dollar to try and get you to go away so they still make money on this disgusting scam.
