This company is a scam

Says my order was delivered Dec 31 to my mailbox but has never arrived!

I ordered my item on November 10th they told me it was shipped a week later. Cool it's Jan 6th and it's still not here. I have sent numerous emails about this even the info on tracking apparently it's still in the depot since December 9th. Just got another email stating that it's on its way but they have no proof and info wasn't updated. They are a scam. This item was for my 10 year old for Christmas and they couldn't get it here on time. SCAMMERS. They keep telling me to wait. Nope. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS.

Fraudulent they send shipping info but we never got what we ordered. Then they say to take it up with shipping company and there is nothing they can do. No number to call

I ordered a small very strong flashlight from this alleged US company. The “about us” was adorable…shaun(or Sean , it was spelled both ways and Erin with their two kids…a lovely Texas couple living the dream right? WRONG. It took 4 weeks to get the flashlight and it is about 2 inches long. It does work but it absolutely was a rip off. $25 rip off. I feel so manipulated and deceived. The initial shipping tracking was from Scotland, allegedly, then I sent an email asking about Scotland they sent me another tracking number from, china. So I have been watching both, the Chinese tracking number was the actual one as it arrived in my mail box today as it stated it would. The one from Scotland which we know was totally fraudulent shows it in Alabama. Buyer beware this is a Chinese website posing as an American small business. It is a huge rip off. I feel so stupid. Don’t make the mistake I made .

I saw their ad on Facebook for a beautiful kaleidoscope where you could insert things from nature. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It came in the mail as something I have to assemble, and it doesn't have all the pieces to assemble it. It also has zipties to hold together the mirrors, which were definitely not in the video for the advertisement. The wheel to put in the nature objects is sloppily hot glued together where the little stings are still hanging on it and the glass and wood are uneven

Their hair topper advertisement is false. I ordered 3 toppers based on they would look like my natural hair part (like it shows in their advertisement) and what I received was a poorly made topper. You could see the seams and no natural part whatsoever. The merchandise does not come locally (USA) it comes from China. Then it became a hassle to get a full refund. I do not recommend this company.

placed an order over a month ago and all they give me is the run around.......DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE CROOKS! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PURCHASE OR REFUND!
