I am truly disappointed with this “company”. I ordered two sets of books back in December 2024. I emailed them monthly and they strung me along for several months saying there was a shipping issue. They offered me 10% back for the inconvenience. I have still not received any products. The last email I sent was in August 2025 to receive a full refund because this wait was unacceptable. I never heard back.

This company apparently is a scam. Ordered back in Jan. They drug me along giving me a $10 credit in March to keep me on the hook. And now that I have asked for my money back in full ...crickets. Going to call credit card company this morning. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Order #GNMKIDS38020 I placed an order on 7th June 2025 for With Jesus new additional series Bundle and with Jesus I am Brave making 8 books for about £70 from the UK. Order email confimation says Shiipping will be end of the month. It is now July 4th 2025 and I have no tracking info or any response to email chasers for email enquiries . Tracking info when clicked upon opens nothing and thier website says the below . I will need to report this website and seller and see if my money is gone or not. They don't even worth a Star, liars, never sent my books, writing me every month for the last five months the same words, since January, May passed and still no books received. Here are their words: "As we shared earlier, we had hoped to have all orders shipped before Easter. However, due to continued delays with our previous fulfillment partner and the transition to a new one, that timeline has unfortunately shifted once more. As of today, the updated estimated ship window is now end of May."

This company doesn't send it's product after you pay. I sadly ordered books for my grandson in Feb. noting the fast shipping. Well it's now April and still no books. Company promises to send right away, but nothing is sent. Someone needs to be fired. This is unacceptable.

Ordered December 25, 2024. It is now March 3rd!! Nothing!!! Sent several emails inquiring and got responses that never followed through with what they said they were going to do. Truly sad as I have couple of the books already but ordered 11 more. Any advice??
