Honestly, after a year of working with them, I am NOT at all satisfied with my experience as a homeowner. I felt like I often had to follow up with them on matters that they should have been proactive about on their own, as they take about 8% of monthly income, and they often dispatched incompetent technicians to the home who ended up creating more damage and costing additional money to the homeowner (which doesn't affect them, so they don't care). The last straw for me was when my Property Management Project Coordinator left the company and NOBODY bothered to send me an email or give me a call to notify me-- until I had to personally reach out multiple times to inquire about it. Just terrible all around, expensive fees for a terrible service as a homeowner.

Shanice was very helpful for myself and my wife in looking for a new home. Top notch service!!

I worked with Shanice, her service was awesome!

Amazing help from Shanice! She stayed on the phone through my tour when I was scared to do it alone. I thought at first she would say no but that was above and beyond for sure.

I did not move forward with this company but Shanice service from she answered was great

Daneece was the bomb star.

From a tenants perspective, this is a great company to work with. I always feel well taken care of with Good Life Property Management.

Working with Good Life has made renting out my home so much easier. They handle things quickly, communicate clearly, and actually follow through. I feel like my property is in good hands, and that’s really all I was looking for!
