Great products, non-existent customer service
I use Good Day Chocolates Kids Calm and Sleep with my son, who is very sensitive to tastes and textures. The products themselves have been great. However, I recently had an issue with my chocolates coming melted, despite being sent with a cold pack. I reached out to the company through their website message system twice and their chat option, which gave me an email to reach out to. I have not received any acknowledgment of the company receiving any of my messages. So while I will continue to use their products since they work for our needs, their customer service department needs some work!
