They cancelled my order days after my order was accepted and payment was made, I received an email stating that my order was canceled because the promotional code was considered invalid and that I should not have been able to use it.f Muddy believes the promotional code was invalid, that is an issue with the promotional offer or the checkout system not something I knowingly did wrong. Customers should not be penalized after relying on a discount that the company's own system accepted. Absolutely awful!
