I did a redemption that was supposed to be deposited to my debit card in 3 hours it’s 5 plus hours later now customer service is saying 1-3 days and this isn’t my first time doing a redemption all scams.

Horrible experience. Another one of these bs apps that makes it difficult to cash out. Came up like 41 dollars but with a 50 MINIMUM to cash out, I was left feeding all of the money into a system with terrible rtp. Ensuring that they would eat up every penny of the funds and leave me with nothing to cash out. With so many providers out here it would be foolish to dump funds into one that is specifically designed to only facilitate people. Don’t waste your time!

They don’t pay I’ve been waiting for a redemption for 5 days and it just says stuck in review they charged me 40% to do debit cart transfer and they never paid me

When I first downloaded the game I loved it I lost and won however this last time I was playing and deposited $100.00 then won and then the game logged me out saying that I can’t play in Washington and I wasn’t in Washington I was in the same location I have always played in now it won’t let me log in or reach the customer service! The game has $172.00 of my money and I’m not happy I have been trying to reach them but I get nowhere.

I was playing and got free spins on Lions Treasure. Won $7.48 with the free games and my winnings DISAPPEARED. I’ve contacted support 4 times, I do not have a screen shot (never had this happen before). It’s been a week and NO RESPONSE from customer support AT ALL. Disappointing to say the least.

I tried 250 and that went through, then 275 and it got stuck again. They promise under 3 hour redemptions for platinum membership. That’s not the case.
