Total failure to produce my auto book in the 10-12 promise.
I am compelled to state that the revised file remains unacceptable. In my initial review, I immediately identified two errors that were previously submitted for correction on March 16 and still have not been addressed. In addition, page 7 is missing from the revised file altogether. These ongoing deficiencies, combined with the repeated failure to correct previously reported issues, demonstrate that the project has not been completed to an acceptable standard. At this stage, I am discontinuing my review. The process has already required an unreasonable amount of time, and the continued presence of unresolved and newly introduced errors makes clear that the file is not suitable for promotion or final delivery. I have not received the complete, error-free file that was promised. To date, I have reported approximately 80 errors. Many of these were not corrected when first submitted and required repeated follow-up requests. Furthermore, although I received correspondence on March 12 from Adam Smith, Director of Operations, regarding Project Completion and Quality Assurance, the results delivered do not reflect those assurances. Our agreement, dated December 24, 2025, specified delivery of a completed file within 10 to 12 weeks. As of May 24, more than five months had elapsed, and I still had not received a file that met the agreed standard. Accordingly, I consider a full refund to be warranted due to failure to fulfill the contractual obligations. And now I have spent 5 months and no file that I can promote.
