GoldwatchcoReviews of goldwatchco.com

Hands down, do NOT go anyplace else to purchase a pre-owned Rolex! I did extensive research for almost 2 months on the Internet and in person, and after all was said and done, I decided to buy from this store. What an incredibly awesome experience! They were extremely fair and when I picked up my Yachtmaster yesterday, it absolutely looked brand new! Kudos to my salesman, Sam Edwards, who was just GREAT! I will certainly be recommending Goldwatchco to anyone I know that may be in the market for a pre-owned Rolex. This was truly an amazing experience, and when you are spending thousands of $$$, you have to make sure you are dealing with an honest, professional, and reputable company. Goldwatchco is all of that and more!

When you're buying something as expensive as a Rolex Daytona and that online, you're not going to do that without having some understanding about the person you're dealing and exactly what they are selling .this ended up being a very simple transaction with Dennis. I couldn't be more pleased. The price that we settled on it was very reasonable for the product being sold. My Rolex Daytona arrives as described the next business day. Congratulations ..excellent company. Jace

Dennis and Tovia were both very helpful with providing me information.

Best customer service ever! I would give ten stars if I could. Dennis at Goldwatchco bent over backwards to accommodate us. My husband ordered me a Mens Rolex TT Datejust for Christmas. Bless his heart he tried, but ordered the wrong watch. Dennis had no problem exchanging out the watch and even paid for return shipping. Dennis then went above and beyond after we got the second watch...and I changed my mind and wanted a different dial (yes, I am a bit of a pain). Dennis once again sent a return label (no cost to us) and exchanged watches for us without any problem. I now have my perfect dream Rolex and will be back to get my 41mm Datejust for next Christmas! Not many places offer this type of exceptional customer service along with fantastic pricing. I literally checked online watch companies and pricing for almost a year before making this purchase. Reputation and cost wise Goldwatchco can not be beat. Thank You Dennis & Goldwatchco!

Dennis a great guy, recently purchased a Rolex Submariner in Mint condition. Very skeptical at first to buy Rolex online. One phone call to Dennis made a difference, he is very knowledgable about his inventory on the back of his hand, gave me good suggestions. He never once pressured me into buying. He promised a mint condition and model of my choosing. He delivered as promised on the product, shipment . He is very honest and trustworthy. I felt very confident buying from him. Me and my wife love this watch. I had it authenticated at my local Rolex Authorized Dealer. Now we are planning to buy one for my wife. I am a loyal customer to Dennis from here on.

I bought a day date president locally, and tried Craigslist to sell my current watch that I had purchased from Goldwatchco a year ago. Got real tired quickly of the scammers and all that brought. Initially it did not even occur to me that I would get most of my money back by calling Dennis, but finally I did. He told me his price and I jumped on it. He sent me a prepaid shipping lable, and I sent him my watch in the same perfect condition I got it in. The very same day, he Fed Exed me back my check. Oh and this is the kicker, my new day date, has some dings on the sapphire crystal, I asked Dennis if he could include a new one with my check and he did not hesitate and said yes. I am sure I am not done with my Rolex itch, and will make Goldwatchco my first call next year for the heavy band day date. With all the Ponzi schemes, and shady people that will take your money, it is an extremely breath of fresh air dealing with this company... Tom C Mandeville, La.

Never bought anything of this value on the web, and did a lot of research on different companies and read all the reviews. Gold Watch Co is clearly the best in this business. They offered prompt and courteous service, answered every question, taught me a bit about this unique day date President watch, and provided assurances about authenticity, warranties, and 3 days to evaluate authenticity after receiving watch. All turned out perfectly. The watch is in mint condition and came with the Rolex box, tags, booklets, appraisal, authenticity papers..perfect. Had it checked out by Rolex service in SF and it is mint...including a recent servicing. Highly recommended.

I spent several weeks, off and on, researching the best place to buy a nice watch for my wife (birthday). After much review and thought, I contacted Dennis to ask additional questions and request a picture of the new heavy band. I finally selected a watch (Rolex 179174). It arrived on time and in the exact way expected, perfect watch and band, all the boxes, papers, tags, certificate, etc. I contacted Dennis to let tell him how delighted that I was and let him know that I will be doing business with him in the future. It has been a great experience! John in Williamston Michigan
