Don't do it!!!!!!!! This company pressured my husband to make a decision when we were not ready to! They only allowed an e-check rather than a credit card and after reading horrific reviews and tried to cancel, nobody answers the phone. We were able to close our bank account to avoid the deposit from going through as we felt this company would never return it if we didn't. All the positive reviews are fake, this company appears to be a SCAM and I was terrified to use them once I had a chance to do my homework!

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE
RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! Multiple items were stolen, broken and missing. Company raised my price three different times. They contract out with low end unprofessional movers. Absolute nightmare! My rep Kimber Taylor lied every step of the process and they won’t reimburse the stolen, broken or damaged items. Look at YELP reviews for real reviews

Do Not Use
We walked through our inventory of items to be moved with them about a month ago and they gave us an estimated pickup date of 6/5-6/7 and an estimate of $3100 to move from Ohio to Florida. We gave them our deposit and hadn't heard from them by 6/1 so I called to find out the exact pickup date. They asked to re-visit the inventory at which point they doubled our price and said the rates had changed and we needed more shipping space. We spent multiple hours on hold and on the phone with them trying to understand why the price had doubled, at which point we asked for a refund which they've denied. We've been told numerous lies and still have not received a refund. We've also been cursed at and hung up on.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE
This is the most horrible service I have ever had. They took all items/furniture and held them for 3 months telling me it's coming "next" week.
When they eventually delivered the stuff they asked for more money or otherwise they will take the items to the storage and charge me even more. My lawyer says it's extortion.
Some furniture was broken and I had some random boxes of some other poor guy. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE

Not What You Think
DO NOT USE! I’m sure they will respond with “It’s just an estimate, final charges could be different” but that is what you should be concerned about. I forfeited a $996 deposit, which I was under the impression was the only deposit (1/3 of total estimated expenses). I understand “fine print” always gets you. Their tactic is to call just a few days before your scheduled move date to verify inventory and then send an updated estimate that is now almost $2600 more than the original estimate because I added 15 plastic totes from the garage and a standard 3 seat couch. However, I removed a side by side refrigerator, an ottoman and two fabric high back chairs as we sold those items. Understandably there was going to be a little more than originally estimated, even after the items we removed, but $2600 worth because now the plastic totes require additional labor and packing materials etc. as we were told? It’s a scam. I understand an increase in expense to cover the additional totes but there is no way on this earth that the totes (after we also removed the second couch added at the inventory check) would equate to almost $2600. It left us in fear that we would potentially have to pay more to the movers upon pick up and delivery or else they will hold our items hostage until paid. If you have read the horror stories about moving brokers treat them as accurate. Even those that appear to have great Google Ratings and are rated well with the BBB. If you look at their Google ratings they are all 5 star. Even Disney World doesn’t have only 5 star ratings. They claim they are not affiliated with Gold Standard Relocation Services but I believe that is a lie. I think a simple name change allowed them to keep doing business but I could be wrong. My advice, hire a reputable moving company and yes it will cost more but peace of mind and good business ethics will likely be included.

Hi Mr. McGee. Yes, when you increase the size of your move by 25% only a few days before your pickup date the price does increase disproportionally. This is a result of possibly needing to find a different truck, or more workers to facilitate your move. As you've acknowledged, your refund has been issued although contractually we are not required to issue it. Best of luck with your move and we apologize for your negative experience.

Stay away, worst company ever
I recieved a call after I posted this review. 5 minutes in the call was disconnected and no call back. Stay away. I did manage to find an attorney. This is the worst moving company. They start with one price and once your belongings are picked up its a completely different price(double). They contract your move to another company who is equally as bad. They have one excuse after another. My original contract was signed the beginning of April it is now going on the end of May and my belongings are still sitting in the same city they were picked up from just in the hands of H and M relocation which is the company they partner with out of Colorado. The sale to get your business is very good and professional however don't be fooled once the contract is signed all that goes away. I've contacted the bbb and I am in the process of hiring an attorney. I have never gave a review before. I just think people need to know what kind of business they are dealing with. Please save the headache, keep your peace of mind and spend the extra to use another moving company. I'm going through a divorce and dealing with cancer, I needed this move to go smoothly and they assured me it would. It has actually been a disaster and I still don't have my belongings. They were suppose to be delivered tomorrow now the truck is broke down somewhere. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Hi Nicole, I'll try to get an update on why delivery is taking longer than expected. But yes, when you add a large amount of items on the day of the move, it does change the price of the move. I'm sorry to hear you're going through a difficult time, and we will do all we can to get your items delivered promptly and safely.

Not professional or reliable
My experience is that they only act professional in the public eye. This is an unaccredited moving broker who does not do anything to earn their money. Based on the milage they gave us a delivery window of 7-14 business days. We are on day 20 and they will not honor the contract they consented to. They will not call you back they do not care where your stuff is, or how long you are without it, will give you attitude when you call customer service, and talk very poorly to you privately. Record all of your phone calls with them, like I do, try to communicate as much as possible through email, and save everything. They will lie to you about who is the manager when problems do arise . When you ask them to properly identify themselves with their company they will not provide professional proof of status. Comb the details of your contract, and always remember that no contract can void gross negligence. Even beyond gross negligence a judge can still look at what has happened and override. This is a terrible company who will strand you and your family with no regard. Do not forget that you can reverse payment from your bank. Don't let them get away with mistreating you the way they have my family, contact a lawyer. We still do not have our property and at this point they will not tell us where it is.
Update: They had our property for a full 30days, and when it arrived the driver offered to pay $100.00 for us to unload it. DO NOT ACCEPT THIS LIABILITY! Every piece of property that wasnt stolen was trashed, and a motorcycle we paid extra money to have it protected during shipping was completely uncovered without the packers blanket and items were stacked on the vehicle. The motorcycle has been totaled!!!
I give this company zero stars in general performance, customer service, communication, honesty, and follow through. This extends to their online practices as well.
Lots of fake reviews floating around for this company. Im pretty sure that is fraud.
