Texas-based full-blood Wagyu beef. Family-raised, hormone-free, antibiotic-free Wagyu beef fed a customized Japanese feeding program. We utilize as much of the animal as possible. We sell cuts from tip to tail, from steaks, ground items, organs, and offer value- added items such as tallow, jerky, and sausages, just to name a few.
