ordered two necklaces on April 29. On May 26, I received an email that USPS was awaiting item. On June 8, I email stating that I would like a full refund for the items I purchase since there was no movement. A customer representative, John reached out to me. He stated, Hi TheAndrea, Thank you for reaching out to us! We're sorry to hear that, I just looked at the tracking number and there is no movement. I will get this to the right person to look into it and let you know what I find out." On June 10, John stated,"if this will take a week longer, we can compensate" I emailed back on June 10, stating shipping shouldn’t take that long. John ignored my email and I sent a follow up email on June 15, because there was still no movement. On June 15 John stated, "Hi TheAndrea, Sometimes, there are delays in the production due to the volume of customs that needed to be produced. On the tracking sheet, yours are done already and they are still looking for your items. We believe that these are done already. I am now asking what we can offer for the inconvenience. Rest assured you will have your items." On June 15, I requested a full refund again. John ignored that too. After 23 days of no movement on the items. On June 18, John emailed me with a tracking number, "Hi TheAndrea, The item is now in transit.” After I requested for a refund TWICE because at this point, i don’t want it. He did not want to refund me. Report to the BBB.

I ordered 3 pc. On May 1rst just past 4a.m. My funds were collected and just before delivering I was labeled a fraud by this co. My funds were returned to me . I was totally crushed and totally humiliated. I am currently living with breast cancer, kidney disease and osteoarthritis in both knees.!! I am probably celebrating my last birthday on May 23rd.next week and that was a present for myself from myself. If my funds went through then without a problem, then why did you reject me and call me fraudulent. ,this is so cruel and unfair to treat a first time customer, like a common criminal. It’s mighty funny how your still sending me text alerts and emails. Bottom line: MY MONEY WAS GOOD.!!! I originally ordered: a ring, bracelet,and a gold necklace and spent $300 + .thanks for ruining my 59th Birthday ( May 23rd )

GP sent the wrong item. Getting hold of someone is impossible. I want to return it but I'll just stop payment on the card. Why didn't I read the reviews first? Stay away from GP

Ridiculous company. I ordered a pair of shorts which were super cool but the shorts run really small which is not a problem at all. I emailed in asking if I could just exchange them and was told that it was after the “48 hour free grace period” so they wanted me to pay another $15 just to send them back and get a bigger pair. What makes that even more crazy is how the shorts took 2 weeks to arrive so there’s no way to actually take advantage of that 48hour period cuz the time starts after you press order, not after the package arrives. The shorts were already over $60 which I didn’t mind cuz they’re really cool but I’ve never in my life have had such a ridiculous exchange process. Oh and the material feels cheaper than a roll of dollar tree toilet paper. I will never shop from these guys again.

YESTERDAY I GET A EMAIL AFTER EMAILING THEM FOR WEEKS STATING MY ITEM ISN'T IN STOCK DO I WANT TO ANOTHER ITEM? . HONESTLY I WILL NEVER ORDER FOR THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. HORRIBLE .

I’ve waited nearly 2 months for a piece of Jewelry I haven’t received. Consumer service is horrible!!!! They don’t care about there consumers. They don’t offer refunds, the want you to do there job and locate your package. I paid You that’s your job and No I don’t want to wait 2 more months for replacement! Don’t waste your TIME or MONEY ordering from this people.
