ADU (detached garage conversion)
I had a plan to convert my detached garage to an ADU. I came across Golden ADU on my FB page and I liked their excellent reviews so I gave them a call. Sure enough Chai came down the following day and did a really great job explaining everything I needed to know, he’s the best in the business, he knows his stuff. This business promises to do the whole project from start to end on time with a very reasonable price. Bldg. permit, plan layouts and construction so customers have nothing to worry about.Best of all they handle all the financing if needed. I was all set to have them do the project but unfortunately on my end something came up that I can’t go thru w/ it. Chai handled the whole situation like a cool hand Luke. Like a true businessman he thank me for the opportunity. Thank you very much Chai I wish you all the best in all your future projects. I highly recommend this company for any construction projects big or small. Their reviews say it all.

I think they will improve if they…
I think they will improve if they become humane enough understanding where people are coming from. Yosef really did not worry about a dying child. He was too selfish even if he knows I will work hard for it like I always do.

We're deeply sorry to hear about your child's health situation. We want to assure you that we care about the well-being of all our collaborators and their families. Our records show that we fulfilled our financial obligations as per our agreement, and in fact, we provided additional compensation beyond the initial terms. We always aim to be fair and supportive in our business dealings. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter further with you privately to address any misunderstandings and find a resolution. Please contact us directly so we can have a constructive conversation about your concerns. Our goal is always to maintain transparency, fairness, and mutual respect in all our professional relationships. We hope we can work together to resolve this issue amicably. Masterful Architectural Planning
Working on the architectural plans with the team was an enlightening experience. Their extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to turn my ideas into a cohesive, practical, and beautiful design were impressive. Their patience and expertise in navigating the planning and permit process made a potentially stressful journey smooth and enjoyable. Their
