Bait and Switchers. Horribly Vauge terms.
They finance buildings under the Graceland name. Basically a bait and switch situation. The sales people at the local location put a bunch of buildings in a location that has no housing, do they can sell to people with land. No credit check means they screw you hard down the line. The advertise ”3 year/36 month terms and the building is yours” NOT THE CASE. They charged me 430$ a month for 5 YEARS. And if I missed one payment they were threatening repossession. They are purposefully vague in their terms and conditions! They are modern day scam artists. Go to Home Depot or Lowes, they won’t rip you off if your looking for a shed.
