Frustrating Exercise!
GoLastMinute e-mails I read--but find frustrating! You mention a price, but then the reader must search many sites--and more often than not never find the appealing flight-price! Also, many of the flights listed are ridiculously long--39+ hours, for example! Can't you do a better job of culling desirable flights & fares--PLEASE?!

Thank you for your feedback. The rates in the fare alert emails are recently found prices for specific dates. Live pricing may be different. As airline prices change rapidly, we cannot guarantee that any price will stay the same – we can only alert you to when we've seen low rates. The results page includes filtering options to narrow your search to flight durations that suit your preference.

Almost impossible to access the come-on …
Almost impossible to access the come-on fares listed in your email. As soon as we click on a detail or choice, various other windows pop up, and competitors are all over you, none with the fares stated at the outset. Very confusing. We went with another travel site.

No better deals than any regular online …
No better deals than any regular online search. Plus the deals were super long flights because of ridiculous lay overs.

I don't know why I've been getting 2 …
I don't know why I've been getting 2 identical e-mails every day on the one thing I asked for. The car rental rates are really false advertising. The one time I went to check out the "$5.00/day" rates they turned out to actually begin around $28/day. Not much help there.

Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry you've had a bad experience. We've identified the duplicate email error and corrected it. The $5.00/day car rental rates do seem unbelievable. They are indeed available, although only for specific dates.
