Thank you for your feedback. We gather deals from top sites so that you can check rates across multiple sites. We also send the lowest rates we can find through our emails. Many travelers find this helpful so that they can stay up-to-date on the latest deals.

Couldn't enter the dates or airports so I couldn't get a price.

Associate could not communicate well. The price she quoted was higher than what I was seeing online and she insisted on charging the large amount until I stated I would book it online. I never received a confirmation email although after 4 times she finally got my verbal email correct. Next time I will book online.

Thank you for the feedback. We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Our site helps travelers find deals from top sites, but the booking will always happen with the other company we connect you to. We do not actually complete any bookings. Please feel free to message us additional details about your experience. We truly value the feedback and use it to improve the website.

I have not been able to get ‘so called’ cheap rate, when trying to make booking using same route. It has been waste of time to search for shown rates. Need to come up with specific airline and dates these rates are available.
Response from GoLastMinute®Apr 12, 2018
Thank you for your feedback. The rates in the fare alert emails are recently found prices for specific dates. Live pricing may be different. As airline prices change rapidly, we cannot guarantee that any price will stay the same – we can only alert you to when we've seen low rates.

Thank you for the feedback. The fare alerts are designed to help you find the cheapest dates to travel in the next few weeks. The one-way alerts are intended to show you the cheapest departure date, so that you have a starting point for finding a cheap return date that works with your schedule.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you didn't find the lowest rate on GoLastMinute. We're working hard to add more sites and airlines to have the best coverage.

Agent made false promises. He didn’t do what I asked for I fact told me that wheel chair and meal will be taken care. When called after ticket was issued , another agent told me to contact airline directly. This is very dissatisfying.
