I had a very positive experience with booking a flight to Miami FL. for June. The representative Carl, was very personable and professional, and very accomodating, which he helped me to cancel an existing reservation with another airline. I was having trouble getting through to them, both by phone and email, and he went and did the cancellation for me. I was very pleased by his extra effort to help me, because I was getting very anxious and he basically came to my rescue.
