Poor prices false advertising this website now worth the time

Thank you for your feedback. The rates in the fare alert emails are recently found prices for specific dates. Live pricing may be different. As airline prices change rapidly, we cannot guarantee that any price will stay the same – we can only alert you to when we've seen low rates.

When I click on links it doesn't give me the price advertised. Waste of time.

I arranged a round trip big city to big city, got a connecting flight there and a non stop back. Three times I went up in the air and every single time there was a bag charge of no less than 45 dollars.. shady shenanigans, never again.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you had a bad experience. We do not control any additional charges that airlines might charge, we can only show you the prices that are listed. Please feel free to message us details about your experience. We truly value the feedback and use it to improve the website.

False advertisement. at its best! I have tried to click on the advertised deal immediately after it appeared on my e mail thinking that my delay was reason I was not finding a deal. Even when I clicked on the low price it disappeared and a higher price took its price. I will go right to the airline for a better deal! Thanks but no thanks!

Not very helpful, I'm looking for airfare trends and when the best time to buy tickets when I travel. I can always get real time fares by going to the airlines website.

Thank you for your feedback. We gather deals from top sites across the web so that you can check rates across multiple sites in one place, which is meant to save you time and money. We also send the lowest rates we can find through our emails. Many travelers find this helpful so that they can stay up-to-date on the latest deals and catch the lowest rates when they become available.
