GOKOZY HEATED APPARELReviews of gokozywear.com

Very good heated fleece, the size Xl is a perfect fit. Very warm and battery life seems good 👍

Absolutely joke of a company ! Ordered some heated socks from their website, they took payment then 2 days later tell me they are out of stock. Why are they selling items they don’t have ? They state 2-4 days delivery . After 2 weeks I’ve still not received them, I check on couriers website and they have being sitting at there warehouse for a week . I message Gokozy and I’m told to wait ! I’ve still not received 3 weeks later and Gokozy are now ignoring my messages ! Avoid this company they are SCAMMERS ! 😡😡 UPDATE So they refused to refund me after I sent them email from courier company that states they have lost package. They then lied to me that it has been found , but strangely I can see they sent me a replacement which I did not ask for. I have asked several times for a return label but they just ignore me 😡😡

Got a new pair of gloves and had an issue with one of them not working properly. I contact customer service and they replaced it right away. Definitely recommend these gloves to everyone. They work great and keep your hands warm.
