The worst company ever. They don't know where my package is right now . They said they will contact me 15 days now no one contacted me .

Frauds & thieves! They will steal your package! They lied and said they delivered my package, but never did! Sent a delivery picture & it was in front of a business down the street! Went to go check 5 mins after and the package was NOT there! Frauds!

I haven’t received two packages. I received an email saying that my packages couldn’t be delivered to, literally, the SAME address i use every time i order something. Anyways, after writing an email I didn’t receive a reply for almost a week, so i called instead. They worked with me, acquired my phone number, i gave them the same address because i literally have no other one and told me they would contact me soon for delivery. Its been a while and I haven’t received ANYTHING from them. No calls, no messages, no packages. Same happened to my mom a few weeks back, she never received her things. Anyways horrible service. If i could give 0 stars i would.

These people are terrible. They've delivered my packages four times and I haven't received one because they throw my packages outside or in the hallway instead of my unit for anyone to take! I hate them!

Still no one here with our package. We have been home for 3 days now and waiting for the delivery which has not arrived even though you they send message it will. The only thing that happens is that they send an message that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful. Our email was answered once that they would try to deliver the next day because we were not home, after that no response, damn what a bad company. The company does not give a time when they will arrive and no phone number. This is without a doubt the absolute worst delivery company I have ever encountered. Whatever you do, never use them and if you buy anything, make sure it is not delivered with Gogo Express.
