I have a package that arrived at their NJ facility on 4/22, it’s now 5/15 and it still “being processed” . Really? Horrible business.

Horrible lazy driver lied and said they didn’t have access to my building when there’s no access codes or anything needed and the customer service reps are just as bad they give no help at alllllll I wish SHIEN find another company for shipping

TO BUSINESS OWNERS: DO NOT USE GOGO EXPRESS FOR DELIVERIES. This courier has the WORST customer service ever. They disabled all commenting on social media accounts, no contact number on any of their sites and accounts, the only way to reach them is through a messenger bot that only tells you the only way to reach them is via email which they take FOREVER to respond, even with threats to report them to DTI for bad business practice. If you dont have ways for your customers to reach you for concerns, especially for courier companies who has customers that need their deliveries delivered ON TIME and as PROMISED by their app, then why are you even running a business.

1 ster is nog teveel pakketjes worden beneden in de galerij gewoon weggelegd zonder aan te bellen niks waar iedereen het kan pakken nu al meerdere klachten ingediend en geen verbetering en nu ook 1 pakket weg een zwembad die ze zogenaamd door de brievenbus zou zijn gedaan iedereen weet een zwembad past niet door de brievenbus

Der Service von gogoexpress ist eigentlich keiner,weil nicht vorhanden. express steht fuer Schnelligkeit aber wenn Sendungen erst 1 Woche nach dem angekuendigten Zustelltermin ankommen dann kann man von Schnelligkeit wohl nicht reden. Wenn man den Service mal erreicht, was fast nicht moeglich ist,dann kommen nur Ausreden oder gar Falschaussagen heraus. Alles in allem kann man diesen Lieferdienst deshalb in keinem Fall empfehlen.

1 ster is nog teveel. Nog nooit meegemaakt dit. Thuis aan het wachten op pakket. Krijg melding dat het is afgeleverd en overhandigd aan ontvanger. Mail hierover naar GOFO dat het niet klopt. Geen koerier gezien, zat bij het raam notabene, alert op koerier. Krijg ik mail met coördinaten. Check dat, is het nogal wat huizen verderop. Ik wilde absoluut niet dat het bij buren afgeleverd zou worden ivm nog problematisch contact, en hoezo "overhandigd aan ontvanger"?!!! Zegt ook wel weer genoeg. Was nog niet bekend met deze bezorgdienst, schrik enorm van de reviews hier!
