Have been trying since 3 weeks but no response from their New Jersey, Florida and Co Office. Never seen this type of service from a number 1 rated company. The worst I have seen in my entire life. Probably you guys should shut down your company and learn some customer service first. WORST EVER!!!!!

We booked a party bus so that we could dance and move around....they sent a tour bus! We even spoke with the company the day before and they confirmed the party bus! Beware! We could have ordered a tour bus from other companies for half the price. No one will return our calls or apologize for this disaster.

I felt it was necessary for people to know about GOGO charters before making a reservation. They promised that the MCI bus was nice and we would be so impressed. HA 1- Internet service. We placed our bus reservation weeks in advance and we were "promised" internet service. I also called multiple times to confirm internet was on the bus and th The day before the trip they give you the number to the bus service. I called the bus company and they told me I would not have internet. Obviously to late to call a different company for a bus with internet. All they said was that there was nothing they could do. 2- TV screen out of service. 3- Ventilation system out of service. 4- Water leakage. when A/C was turned on in the front of the bus, there was water leakage from the side onto people. Before leaving we were promised to be reimbursed for not having internet. Now they have no idea what i'm talking about and want me to send an email. Customer service was awful and after they receive their payment you mean nothing to them. Next time we schedule a trip we will go through busbank.
