FincastReviews of gofincast.com

I really couldn't recommend the services of Fincast any more highly. They very quickly helped me to save quite a lot in a difficult loan environment, when their services mattered most. They also helped to offer advice on the process, which is really valuable when you're in the confusing thick of it. 11/10.

As a new immigrant, I was pretty stressed about finding the right mortgage lender for my first home. All I did was upload my Loan Estimate to Fincast and within 24 hours I had a list of competing offers from different lenders. Every single offer was better than my initial loan estimate. I saved around $17,000 on my mortgage, which is honestly life-changing for me. The whole process was super straightforward, and I really appreciated how easy their website was to use. Plus, the info they gave me was all really clear and helpful. It was like having a personal mortgage advisor, but without having to pay for it! Overall, I would 100% recommend Fincast to anyone in need of a mortgage.

Great product, brought my rate down to 4.99% from an initial quote of 5.75% on a 30 year fixed rate mortgage while also matching the original closing costs for a total monthly savings of 8%. The process was seamless, after submitting my initial loan estimate into the fincast portal I was able to receive several verified offers with significantly better terms compared to what I was originally quoted. Highly recommend for anyone shopping for the current best market rate!

As a first-time home buyer, it was great to have someone on my side to help through the loan shopping process. I loved how they don't sell your information to the lenders and are very good about laying out the offers that come back. The responses were prompt and I felt better knowing that the lenders had been vetted in some way by Fincast. The lender that I went with that beat my previous lenders offer was really great to work with. The next time I need to shop around for a loan I will definitely give have Fincast look over the estimate first.

Using Fincast was super easy, smooth, and clear. I really liked how I was able to get lenders to compete for my benefit without having to face them, and face them individually. It made the rate shopping much easier for me. This is especially helpful when there are other 100 things that I have to juggle as a homebuyer.

My wife and I used Fincast during the purchase of our first home a few weeks ago. I was able to quickly upload the documents from my current lender using my phone in about 2 minutes. After seeing all the offers I was able to get in contact with the lender offering the best deal from the list. In the end, Fincast helped us reduce our rate by 0.75%!

I read about this site on reddit and decided to give it a try - it's free after all. I wasn't actually them to come back with much, rates have climbed a lot even in the few days since I locked a loan with a mortgage broker. I was expecting some automated analysis, but heard back quickly from Benjamin Schieken, who was very helpful and responsive. In the end they actually found a lender that came within 0.1 points of my rate, with slightly lower closing costs. I'll definitely use them again for my next loan, if they were able to come close to my estimate during a time when rates are climbing rapidly they might actually find a lower rate in more normal times.
