Gofar.ioReviews of gofar.io

STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY! I cancelled my subscription a year ago. They still charged me the full subscription a year later. When I contacted them they said they would give me a refund. That was over a month annd an half ago and still no refund! I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions and they have stopped replying to emails. Had the same issue last year and it took a review like this one to get my refund and then they asked me to take the review down which I regretfully did. Not this time. I have contacted Fairtrade NSW about this and have reported them to my bank. Will proceed to report them to Mastercard as well. Proper scammers!

Delivery fast ! Great customer service support.

Bait and switch - Sell a product, force a monthly subscription later. When they sold this it was a piece of hardware and an app that let you download your data. Then they changed the deal, and don't let you download the data unless you pay them every month. I hope they get sued out of existence. Do not buy!

I had an amazing experience with Gofar! As an entrepreneur sometimes you don't even know what questions to ask to solve your problem, but the Gofar team does a great job of helping get your thoughts in order and on the right path. I was having trouble getting all my SaaS subscriptions worked out, but they provided expert help and cleared a lot up for me!

My experience with Gofar's team and services was great! I was provided with a friendly and knowledgable team that gave me the confidence to set up my business online. The design and marketing strategies their team helped me set up are proving to be a success.

The GoFar team offered direct and helpful guidance to our company to help orient us toward achievable, quantifiable goals as we launch our project. The experts that we were put in touch with were articulate and bright, and the conversations were grounded and useful. I would definitely consult GoFar again for future needs based in UX/UI strategy, marketing, and graphic design. A very helpful and affordable resource!

I used GoFar when we needed complex UX design support. The advisor, Savannah, provided detailed, actionable design insights that allowed us to grow our business. Our 1 hour session was packed with actionable information making it well worth the experience. At a broader level, we've often found leveraging highly experienced specialists yields better results than multiple individuals that are less experienced. GoFar curates experts so you don't have to waste time and money on people that can't deliver.
