STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! bought a defective Mitsubishi system from them about 3 mounts ago,it was installed and it basically NEVER WORKED!,(we had to heat the house with electric radiators for over two mounts) it took forever for them to get mitsubishi to agree to replace a part of the machine and that did not solve anything, then we waited for a few weeks for an"expert" to come and diagnose the system, he came the first time and couldn't figure it out,then it took him 10 days to come back the second time with diagnostic equipment..well guess what.. he was unable to connect his test computer to the machine, a total joke,all along we where communicating with Mitsubishi usa whom are not very interested in really helping out. bottom line, stay away from got ductless, and stay away from Mitsubishi HVAC,mybe once upon a time that equipment was good but current production equipment is complete junk

You will get zero communication, no follow up, does not deliver the actual product. You will need to email them, wait , only to learn what they have listed online is NOT correct. Do not recommend.

As soon as I started chatting with a sales rep, they began to push me into buying something that is out of stock in the entire country until December of 2022, by saying they only had 2 left, and then 5 minutes later that they had one left and hurrying me to purchase it. That reeks of scam. Buyer beware.

ZERO STARS!!!! The worst customer service EVER!!! Do not buy from these clowns. Had bought new mini split, part failed within months. Spent 6 months trying to get new control board. Lied to repeatedly by customer service reps. Told that the part shipped when it did not, Around and around calling, each time put on hold, told that they would call me back, never did. Every time on the phone is a average 45 min of wasted time. Asked for a supervisor multiple times, they never would let me talk to anyone in charge

Ordered two units which they claimed to have in stock only to have them backordered for a month. Then i reordered two different units which were more expensive and after speaking three times to a service representitive was assured these were in stock and after 4 days was told they were backordered for another month. Ended up cancelling the order after being jerked around for a month and ordered form Klingersons units were shipped and arrived in a week. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

We have ordered 2 mini-split heat pumps from Go Ductless. Great prices with free shipping, prompt helpful customer service and a great website. They even have installation instructions, owners manuals etc. online in PDF format to aid in planning your installation. We will soon order one more to complete our system. Great company!
