The DIY platform is great, I was able to generate a feed with premapped values ready to send to Google pretty quickly. I was able to create a few rules selecting from their feedpilot tool to enhance the feed further and submit the feed same day. It took me a bit to learn their UI and system but Monty makes quick questions easy. I like that I can add multiple feed templates and have one place to manage my feeds while they send to different places.

Charge when unable to use and don't refund? Little help. Looking at alternatives as having no results. Been with it for over a month. And it's only been working for the last 4 days

The sales rep promised GoDataFeed would work with the Amazon UK marketplace, including order syncing. This is not the case (order syncing). If you have any feed set up issues, they push the 'feed set up service' constantly $299. I should be able to get at least 1 listing live, with some support without having to pay an additional $299. I didn't manage even 1 Amazon listing after 14 days of back and forth with feed updates and support. Little ability to update existing Amazon listings where I could with other platforms, by providing the existing ASIN.
