First time experience was quite good.
Don't have much to say except that the coffee arrived quickly and very fresh roasted. A full 4 star experiance.

this coffee is awesome
Really appreciated how well I was guided to find exactly the right coffee for me... filtering by roast, being able to see where the roasters were located and when they roasted, etc. Was very information-complete. The web site is just kind of aesthetically a bit of a nightmare. A cleaner look would help get me to the information I wanted with less distraction.

Great Customer Service but tough to get really dark roasted beans
Company trying to work with me to deliver true dark roasted beans. However, still having some difficulties in that department.

I was on vacation and wanted to have coffee to go home to. It was there and awesome!
Fast delivery and great product. I wish there was a way to only pay for shipping once or not at all. :(

It worked out great everything came as promised, my only complaint would be the packaging of the coffee, it wasnt sealed, but it was still freash and delicious.

Smooth, syrupy, intoxicating with a hint of huckleberry jam slathered buttered toast.
5 stars would be automatic if us 2- 12 oz bag a week customers always had at least one option for free shipping. For example, this week all three roasters on special require 3 bags. Our fresh roasted beans would suffer at our consumption rate. Very excited to see one option at 15% discount in place of buying 3 bags.

fast, easy, tasty coffee that's way better and costs way less than the typical starbucks fare
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this was and how quickly I got great coffee. I ordered and received coffee within a few days. The coffee, as advertised, was great and freshly brewed. I will order again

Good coffee expensive shipping
I ordered 2 lbs of coffee and it was almost $10 in shipping. ouch
