Messed up order but corrected
The coffee roaster sent only 2 of the 3 coffees ordered. Customer service at GoCoffee took care of the problem very quickly.

Excellent coffee but wish you sell it by the 2-pound bags.
It is an excellent coffee. Our family consumes lots of coffee and wish you can sell it in heavier bags. Prompt service and at the right cost.

one great one tastes like dirt
I don't know what to think... one coffee.. both 'honey' coffees... was delicious with an almost citrusy slightly sweet and mellow flavor and the other smelled and looked terrible and tasted like crud. I will try again and stick to the delicious one and maybe keep hunting for others that might taste as good as the first

Very fast service!
I was very impressed with how quickly I received my order. Thank you! However, I wish the shipping charges were not so high. These charges make the coffee considerably more expensive than local choices at the market (which are quite good in Oregon). Perhaps there is a way to reduce these costs? I also wish there was a way to get small samples of many kinds of coffee. There are always coffee selections one purchases to try that one may not like at all. With a smaller sample, one has not invested so much in the adventure of trying new coffees... Overall, you have a great site and some really excellent coffee choices. Keep up the good work...

coffee was good and fast delivery.
I ordered on a Sunday. Coffee was roasted Monday received my package on Wednesday. Was good coffee , I just wished it was a darker roast.
