The comprehensive selection, and the whole idea of freshly roasted coffee delivered in mere days is intoxicating. However the whole enterprise hinges on the shipper. And, in my experience, that has been less than satisfactory. USPS is notoriously unreliable in my region (St. Louis). And when they don't deliver, they also don't take responsibility for late or missing packages. I've ordered only three times, and will continue to try, since Scott and Elise have been so responsive. One shipment arrived five days after roasting (supposed to be 1-3). One shipment arrived in 2 days (hurray!). And one shipment never arrived at all, but kept circulating between wrong zip codes. So, that's a 33% record so far. Not great! But, GCG has made good on those, and offered me compensation (hence, the 4-star review). So, I'll give them the benefit of further business, and hope we can sort out the shipping thing.

I had recent issues with an Atomic Coffee order, likely due to snowstorms in Boston area. Elise helped every inch of the way and comped me a bag of Equator for my trouble and credited me my original Atomic order. I have not reordered yet but would like to still try Atomic if they are up and shipping again. I have not reordered yet on my credit.

it took three days for them to process my order. which ill add is not all that bad. the coffee i ordered. well lets just say this was a last minute thing. i had no idea what i was doing. so i put a bit of trust into the suggested items and damn. it paid off. i got the package and opened it and my god. my house filled with that great smell. now it could be just my first experience with fresh ground coffee that made it as good as it was but ill buy from here again and ill trust the suggestions. but to sum it up. the Mr. Peaberry knows his coffee trust his palate and order a few days early.

Great company. Easy to use website, great selection of many different varieties of coffee, reasonable prices, very fast shipping. I love that you offer a choice of different grinds, I hate grinding, I always manage to make a mess on the kitchen counter. I did have one hiccup in my last shipment however. I know that shipping companies are like luggage handlers, and just toss packages around with no regard as to what is inside. My last coffee order arrived with the coffee bag torn, and the coffee had spilled out all over the inside of the shipping envelope. Easy enough to salvage most of it, but it was a nice mess. Other than that one isolated incident, I have just loved buying from GoCoffeeGo.

Ran into some issues with my order due to USPS. However, GoCoffeeGo immediately placed another order for me and I got my coffee a few days later. Looking forward to reordering from them again.

Easy to order, fast delivery. I would like to be able to read reviews on the coffee. I only saw that they were recommended. I did not see actual customer reviews.

I'd give it a 5 if you had sales on 2 lbs coffee selection. They are normally 3 bag selections which I don't benefit from as a one person coffee drinker at home. I would be more open to trying other stuff.
