GoCoffeeGoReviews of gocoffeego.com

I'll definitely be back on GoCoffeeGo soon. Awesome selection and fast shipping!

Very feshly roasted coffee that came fast!

Excellent company and coffee. Roasted specifically for my order. Smooth espresso!

Espresso variety is wonderful, shipping fast and easy to use web site.

I'm constantly amazed at how easy they've made it to find premium blends of coffee as well as extremely simple ways of ordering online. By viewing what other's had recommended and trying a bunch of the 12oz size bags I was able to find my own top two that I now consistently order. Along the way I ran into only one problem with an order getting stuck in a mailing warehouse for over 10 days. When I called Alise, co-owner extraordinaire, she not only figured out what the problem was but she immediately sent out a replacement bag. Keep in mind that the reason for all of the trouble was due to my having mistakenly typed the wrong zip code. Yet, she went above and beyond to make everything right and I got my coffee within two days, no cost to me for anything. She has also been very helpful when it came to using the website to its utmost, keeping track of the coffee's I rated most highly etc. I've lived in Seattle and this company is like a breath of fresh air in comparison while providing top tier offerings of the elixir of life that we all so enjoy.

I enjoy the selection of premium roasted coffee from around the states. The reviews are spot on and I have yet to be disappointed.

I ordered a couple of different high end coffees that were supposed to be delivered to my apartment, they were on schedule to deliver but were not delivered since I was not at my apartment at the time. I emailed the cofounder of the company what the issue was, and she resolved it very quickly, she also responded to my email with a very quick call. Elise really genuinely seemed to care about my situation, (and coffee) and because of this I absolutely recommend this site to any true coffee lovers who care about coffee, where it is from and who they get it from.

Elise, whom I presume is a principal over there, really knows her stuff. We probably spent 45 minutes on the phone talking about what I like in coffee, what I don't like in coffee, and getting advice from her about how to make my daily coffee experience even more pleasurable than it already is. I received my coffee in time. I am happy to write another review on the taste of the product, but for customer service backed up by product knowledge, this place gets an A++++. Very well done.
