A pretty transactional experience
Go Coffee Go was a gift, so there was not a lot for me to to do but sit back and let the coffee come. It was nice to get a heads up when the coffee was being shipped, beyond that there has been no communication or friction.

Klatch belle espresso and gocoffeego
Coffee beans were extremely good. Ordering and delivery was easy and quick. My only complaint is the cost. It's basically $20 for less than 1 lbs of coffee (12 oz)

Many coffees on GoCoffeeGo are priced as low at $12.25 and there are others that may be priced much higher. All of these coffees are of the highest quality and are from our top award winning Roasters. The higher price is reflected because our Roasters, many who travel to where the coffee is grown throughout the world, choose only the best coffee from the small farmers who grow specialty coffee that they have relationships with. These premium coffees do cost more than those mass productions coffees available at the supermarket or from large chain coffee houses... And one can definitely taste the difference for sure. Also USPS Priority Shipping is just $4.95 for 1 to 2 coffees from an individual roaster. And all coffee is fresh roasted to your order, so you are getting the coffee at its best! Remember there are free shipping deals every week when one orders a minimum amount of coffee from an individual roaster. I hope this clarifies the pricing of the coffee and shipping charges. They made up for it
I contacted customer service about a delayed order, but never heard back from them. I contacted them again and they whole heatedly apologized. I will definitely order from them again as they offer some great coffees from great roasters.

Good selection and descent companies represented
I wish the shipping was $3 or less. There is competition out there with $3 flat shipping. Otherwise I am satisfied with their website and selection, although I disagree with a lot of the "members choices."

Love the products, never disappointed
I recommend this site for their diverse selection and plethora of information for each coffee (the recommendations are always spot on). The only criticisms I have are: some of the navigation of the site can be a little tedious, and it would be nice if they could get the roasters to commit to a better shipping deal/policy rather than having "specials" (when you pay a premium for the beans it would be nice to have shipping included). I find myself not exploring the different selections available from the roasters because I feel compelled to get the free shipping deal, and buying 3 bags keeps me stocked for a while. All in all, I love the site. I have never had any issues with the site or roasters, I've always received my orders in a timely manner, and I will continue to use the site exclusively for my coffee needs for the foreseeable future.
