The website itself is great, I browsed the plethora of available coffees from different roasters and chose the two bags I wanted. Shipment was pretty quick and I thought all was well. This is not their fault but the actual shipment of the coffee was ridiculous, I still have received it after over a week of waiting. My coffee went from San Franciso, to Zurich, Switzerland, to Warsaw, Poland, and then finally to Texas. It finally arrived at my local USPS this morning so with any luck I will get it today. I was really looking forward to some coffee over the weekend but it didn't pan out. Hopefully this is just a shipping issue with the USPS and not indicative of any underlying issue with GoCoffeeGo.

The coffee we were sent was terrific (chronic) BUT when our shipment came the bag was torn and beans were spilled the price of good coffee is higher so every bean counts I would like to see a better bag and shipping delivery

I bought a 5 pound bag but it came busted open...

The coffee is excellent, shipping is fast but there are other places where I can get similar coffee & FREE shipping at a better price. I guess I'm just cheap because it gripes me that I never get a deal & so I have decided to buy from someone else in the future. A couple days after I purchased 3 pounds of coffee they had a 25% off sale which ticked me off. Before that happened they offered free shipping if you bought three 12oz. bags of coffee. I bought a 2 pound bag & a 12oz. bag shipped to the same address but there was NO free shipping. Timing is everything ! I'm done.......

I've ordered from this site before and my shipment was very quick. I don't know if it was because I ordered from the items the had free shipping but it took a week to process my order before it shipped. Not happy about the service. My coffee still hasn't arrived.

So, rather than leave the whole bean coffee in the foil-lined bag it was shipped in, I decanted it into two containers, cans that originally contained 13 and 14 ounces of whole bean coffee I had purchased from a specialty retail outlet. There was enough of the GCG coffee left to make a full pot of coffee after decanting, but ya gotta wonder how 32 ounces of coffee fits into containers that once held 27 ounces of coffee. Now to the coffee itself. Very, very satisfied.

This concept is a good one and I received GoCoffeeGo as a gift. I was excited to get my first bag of beans but was disappointed the coffee didn't have a bolder/stronger taste profile. I thought it would improve with the second bag but . . . In any event, I'm away from home and my wife told me another bag has arrived. I'll be home in a couple days and am hoping the third time is the charm.

The website is helpful in finding new roasts to try based on your preferences. They have a great selection, but the shipping cost are high and each brand is shipped separately. I might as well just buy directly from the manufactures.
