These guys used to be a smaller, great deal retailer, for some specialty items... especially socks... even more so Darn Good socks. They had great deals. Simple, honest, straight forward. My guess is that thay got bought (private equity) recently because honestly is 100% gone from their business practices! Feels like some completely illegitimate site from China or India. They default to charging an 'insurance fee' for delivery (something covered by U.S. law. They try to trick you into signing up for a third party shipping contract (seemingly to get the items you just ordered...shipped..it is a total scam!). Theye were great, but that phase is now done. Today they just functioning like a scam company: 100% enshitification!

Great customer service, Markus was very helpful with a refund. Excellent selection, good prices, hassle-free return process. Will definitely be shopping GoBros again.

Prices direct from the company are much more expensive than buying the identical item through Amazon.

I have made two separate purchases on GoBros.com and both times I had positive experiences - user-friendly website, wide selection, competitive prices (when they have sales) and free shipping. I can't speak to their customer service because I didn't encounter issues or make any returns. Highly recommended.
