USPS is normally very efficient, 99% of the times and they hardly ever lose a package or misdeliver. We were very upset to see this happening to you. For two important reasons: first, you needed your merchandise for a special gift and second, this was your first time buying in our store and this is not the best thing that can happen to a new customer. We can't thank you enough for the effort you made to locate your shipment from your end. You were very helpful and kind, more than most.
